From Lost to Liberated: You Deserve a Beautiful Next Chapter
After 28 years of marriage, I found myself starting over — afraid, alone, and unsure of who I even was anymore. I share that not for sympathy, but so you know: I understand exactly where you are right now.
Today, I help women over 50 turn that same pain into purpose. Whatever “starting over” looks like for you, you don’t have to figure it out alone. Let’s rebuild your confidence and rediscover your joy, together.
The marriage is over, but you're not sure who you are without it. Friends have their own lives, and it's hard to explain what you're going through to someone who hasn't lived it.
Between the practical decisions and the emotional weight, it feels like too much to carry alone. You want a plan, but you don't even know where to start.
Some days you feel ready to move forward. Other days it feels impossible. You want your confidence back — you just need the right support to get there.
Wherever you are right now, you don't have to figure it out alone.

I work with women over 50 who are navigating life after divorce, whether you’re newly separated or divorced years ago but still feel stuck, unsure, or disconnected from your confidence and identity. If you're ready to reclaim your voice, set boundaries, and create a life you love, you're in the right place.
The Rekindled Confidence Circle (membership) offers group coaching, a monthly private session, and weekly community support for just $49/month.
My 1:1 coaching program is more deep, private transformation with ongoing support, accountability, and custom tools. We can discuss the best fit for you in a free discovery call.
Absolutely not. Many of my clients have been divorced for 5, 10, even 15 years, but never had the tools, support, or space to truly heal and rediscover themselves. It’s never too late to reclaim your confidence and design a life that reflects who you are now.
Not at all. If you're separated, going through the divorce process, or even just considering it, this work can help you make empowered decisions and navigate the emotions and identity shifts with clarity and strength.
The free call is a no-pressure, 20–30-minute conversation where we explore your current challenges, what you’re looking for in support, and how coaching might help. You’ll get a clear sense of next steps, whether that’s joining the membership, starting 1:1 coaching, or something else.
The RECLAIM Method is my 7-phase coaching framework designed to help you heal emotionally, rediscover your identity, rebuild your confidence, and move forward with purpose after divorce. It guides everything I do and ensures your journey is structured, supported, and transformative.
All weekly group coaching calls (Tuesdays at 6 PM ET) are recorded and uploaded for members to replay. You’ll never miss out on the coaching, even if your schedule is busy, and you can still submit questions ahead of time.
Coaching is future-focused and action-oriented. While therapy tends to explore your past and mental health, coaching helps you take empowered steps toward the life you want now. I hold space for healing, but I also guide you into movement, confidence, and results.
Easy, just click here to book your free call or join the Rekindled Confidence Circle if you're ready to begin. If you’re not sure which is right for you, I’ll help you decide during our first conversation.

Book a Free CallMy Client, Laura, was not divorced but very lonely. She and her husband own a farm, which he works 12-hour days.
They have 2 children (Twins) who were going off to college. Her whole married life was spent taking care of her husband, children, and home.
Now she felt empty and not connected to her husband. When we started working together, she seemed not interested in doing anything.
No working, no hobbies, no friends. After talking about what excites her, she told me she used to jump horses when she was 14.
I found a program at a horse farm that works with children with disabilities.
They teach them how to care for the horse and sometimes how to ride.
They ask for volunteers to help. So Laura joined up. She loved the children, she loved the horses (she even started riding again), and made friends with a woman who works on that farm.
Now she and her husband spend time with this other couple, and Laura found such joy in the children.
The spark came back into her life.
